What it's like to own
The Q1 is a budget folding commuter sold in several versions (350 W or 500 W, 21 to 40 miles claimed). All versions list 19 mph, dual brakes, an app and a 264 lb limit. It's the lowest-priced adult scooter in our catalog.
The trade-off is information. VOLPAM doesn't list the weight, battery capacity or a UL 2272 certification, so we can't score its range, power or portability and we rate its safety conservatively. Owners report bumps come straight through on rough pavement.
Most of its 2,300+ ratings are positive and buyers call it good value, but 13% are 1-star — including an E7 error inside two years with slow support. Treat it as a low-cost trial rather than a daily workhorse.
