What it's like to own
The S2 Pro has been one of Amazon's default commuter scooters for years. Its 500 W motor (600 W peak) reaches 19 mph, and a 418 Wh battery is rated for 25.6 miles. Dual rear shocks and 10-inch solid tires mean no flats and a reasonably smooth ride.
It's UL certified, IPX4 splash-resistant, and the app lets you lock the scooter and tune acceleration and regenerative braking. At 37.4 lb it still folds into a trunk. Several owners have replaced a car with it and logged more than a thousand miles.
The weak points are long-term: owners mention E7 errors or motor grinding after a year, and a few throttles failing early. Hiboy's support gets mostly good marks, and Amazon sells it directly.
