What it's like to own
The ZK01 keeps things basic for younger riders. A 130 W motor with kick-to-start and three speed modes (5, 8 and 10 mph) lets beginners start slow, and an LED display shows speed and remaining battery so nobody gets stranded at the far end of the park.
At 15 lb it's the lightest scooter in our catalog — kids can carry it themselves — and the 6.5-inch solid tires never go flat. A rear foot brake plus an electronic brake, a headlight and color-changing side lights cover the safety basics.
Keep expectations in line with the price: range is only about 5 miles, there's no suspension, no safety certification is listed, and the five ratings so far are too few (and, in the ones we could see, not marked as verified) to judge durability. It is sold by Amazon, so returns are simple.
