The PR sits between kids' scooters and adult commuters. A 350 W motor gives three modes — 7.5, 11 and 19 mph — and the app lets parents cap the speed, check the battery and change modes. Suspension at both ends softens the 8.5-inch solid tires, and it's UL 2272 certified.
It sells in big numbers (900+ last month) and at $140 it's the cheapest electric scooter in our catalog. Parents like the three speeds for different skill levels, the sturdy feel and the easy fold; one family praised MAXSHOT's support after a loose faceplate and a failed power button.
The flip side is consistency: a quarter of ratings are 1-star, citing missing screws, batteries that don't hold charge and a unit that only ran while plugged in. Inspect it on arrival, set a speed limit in the app, and keep the return window in mind.
