Range map

How far can each scooter really take you?

Pick a starting point and up to three scooters. We draw the area each one can reach on real streets and bike paths — not a circle on a map.

    How the map works

The shaded area is every place you could ride to within the scooter's range, following streets and paths that bikes and scooters can legally use (highways and freeways are excluded). Routing comes from the open-source Valhalla engine on OpenStreetMap data.

    Which range we use

Claimed is the manufacturer's figure, usually measured with a light rider at low speed in eco mode. Real-world uses 70% of it — our rule of thumb, since independent tests and owner reports usually land between 60% and 75% of the claim. Round trip halves the distance so you can get back home.

    Limits

Hills, wind, cold weather, rider weight and riding mode can all cut range further. The map service caps each area at 62 miles from the start, so very long-range scooters in one-way mode are capped and marked. Always plan a buffer.
